North Oldham’s boys lacrosse has had two members, Ben Kraft and Gavin Beauregard, named by the Louisville Metro Area coaches to the 2016 All-State Lacrosse Team. Defenseman Ben Kraft, a senior, was chosen for his skill in guarding the net and using his strength to force attackers away from the goal. Ben also set the single season record for ground balls with 93. He caused 46 turnovers and only allowed 2 goals scored against in regular season play. Sophomore Gavin Beauregard was chosen for his skill as a midfielder. Gavin scored 46 points on the year setting the single season school record tallying 24 goals, 22 assists, and scooping 55 ground balls.
Congratulations to the first two boys chosen to the Division I All-State Lacrosse Team from North Oldham High School
