The NOHS boys lacrosse team notched their first win of the season last night against a much improved Elizabethtown HS 11-5. Battling through wintery conditions, the Mustangs defense held strong and the offense pulled away in the fourth quarter. Junior midfielder Jackson Anderson set a new career high with 6 points (3 goals, 3 assists). Senior midfielder Gavin Beauregard led the team with 5 goals. Senior midfielder Seth Wilson finished 17/19 on face-offs. Junior long-stick midfielder Jacob Sarno blanketed Elizabethtown’s top scorer, limiting him to no goals on the day. The boys lacrosse team continues their season against Henry Clay this Saturday.
