Girls Varsity Field Hockey, Girls Varsity Volleyball · NOHS Coaches Megan Rogers & Kayla Gamksy Named KHSAA Coach of the Year Honorees For The 2019-20 Season

NOHS Coaches Megan Rogers & Kayla Gamksy were named KHSAA Coach of the Year Honorees For The 2019-20 Season. North Oldham was the only KHSAA school to have two coaches honored. Coach Megan Rogers has developed a strong field hockey team consistently ranked as one of the best in the state and has a record number of wins as the Mustangs head coach. Coach Kayla Gamsky has led her volleyball teams to regional titles in each of her years at the helm leading the Mustangs to the final four and state wide acclaim.

As part of its annual awards program, the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Coaches Association recognizes Coach of the Year honorees from each state. Those named Coach of the Year at the state level then advance for consideration for Sectional Coach of the Year honors. Winners are chosen through a combination of their coaching accomplishments as well as their contributions outside of competition to help grow their respective sport.

We are proud to have them lead the way at North Oldham and congratulate them on this honor!
