The North Oldham boys cross country team dominated on their home course,  at Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve, on Saturday easily winning the Region 3 AA title. Cross Country Regionals Today

The Region 3A and 3AA cross country regional will be run today at Creasey Mahan Nature preserve in Goshen, KY. The 3AA girls race will begin at 2 pm, and the 3AA boys at 2:40 pm. The 3A girls race will begin at 4:30 pm and the 3A boys at 5:10 pm. Best of luck

Girls & Boys Cross Country Teams Both Finish 6th At The State Finals

The girls and boys cross country teams competed in the KHSAA State Cross Country today at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. Both teams finished 6th in the state in the team results. The top female Mustang runner was Emma Hupp who finished in 11th place running 20:11.67. Other North runners that helped in the team

Girls Cross Country Wins Fleet Feet Invitational

On Saturday the girls country team won the Fleet Feet Invitational competing against 10 other teams. The top 25 finishers for the Mustangs were: Rachel Gaynor in 10th finishing with a time of 21:27.5, Lydia Rose 12th 21:38.7, Mary Hupp 14th  21:55.3, Abby Fadel 17th 22:12.9, Lily Matthiessen 18th 22:17.9, and Aspen Fain 22nd with a time of 22:33.2. Rumble Through the Jungle 2019

The Rumble Through the Jungle was ran on Saturday with the best weather in many years. After two years of hard rain 3,200 runners enjoyed a cool, dry, fast course at the Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve. For the North runners many personal records were set on the day.
